Details:

  • Pay: $21-$23/hr depending on experience level
  • Schedule: 4 day work week, Monday - Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 8am - 4pm
  • Location: 100% in office in Bloomington, MN
  • Type: Permanent position with full benefits package

Job Duties / Description:

  • Oversee the full onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion, orientations, and background checks.
  • Prepare and submit weekly HR scorecard reports to the HR Manager and department leadership.
  • Schedule and coordinate pre-employment training sessions and screenings.
  • Accurately enter and maintain employee data within HR information systems.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding onboarding procedures and HR processes.
  • Support timesheet management by tracking and processing corrections on a biweekly basis.
  • Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team, including organizing office spaces and maintaining supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or at least 6 months of HR experience (required).
  • Prior experience managing employee onboarding is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a collaborative, close-knit workplace.
